After eight years of personal property investment, Tia Starling decided to take the knowledge she had gained along with the fascination of real estate and turn it into a career.

“Whether someone is buying a family home or an investment property, I genuinely believe real estate is the best investment that can be made,” Tia said.

Coming from an accounting and marketing background, Tia has the professional experience to support her clients in building property investment portfolios.

“Of course getting the facts and figures correct is only part of the equation especially when it comes to selling property,” she said, “I have a keen interest in renovating and have qualifications in interior design so I can advise clients how best to present their property to achieve maximum potential.”

Tia has also worked closely with a number of developers over the years gaining an expertise, with a knowledge second to none, in this often complicated, specialty field.

Always looking to improve her skill set, she has completed her Real Estate Business Management qualification and set up Blue Diamond Realty. “Real estate transactions can be very stressful but they don’t have to be,” she said, “It is important to attend to every detail to make sure all transactions go through smoothly.

With first class negotiating skills, Tia ensures transactions she is in charge of don’t become bogged down and protracted and most importantly, she achieves the best possible selling price for her clients. She prides herself in being available to her clients twenty four hours a day and with clients throughout South East Asia, the UK and Dubai, this is a significant commitment.

When not busy helping her many past and current clients, Tia enjoys horse riding, snow skiing, cooking and travelling. She also takes pride in providing financial support to an under privileged village in Burma. In recent years she has provided the funds to build a traffic bridge over a river providing vehicular access to four villages. Tia has also funded the building of three classrooms for the local school extending its student capacity by 120 as well as sponsoring 108 Buddhist monks.
